• Institute of Cultural Research- a LOSAUK complex that is rented out for the use of others. There are four buildings including an arena where 800 people can sit together for any conference, workshop and cultural performance. There are arrangements of food and accommodation, one conference, five training rooms, two dormitories and one dinning space. The location of the complex is four kilometer far from the city. 

• Khulna Laboratory Theatre- A well decorated and well equipped training premise for seminar and workshop. There is an accommodation of 100 people and it can be used for multi-purposes.

• Competent trainers- There are five competent trainers for offering training on social development  & health related issues, awareness and advocacy and TFD (Theatre for Development) based on socio-economic, environment & cultural agenda.

• Training modules : LOSAUK has training module on Theatre for Development and it has been prepared by LOSAUK experts.
