Plan of LOSAUK from 2010 to 2015:

 Partnership Program:

 LOSAUK wants to implement various systematic project programs through formation of national and international partnership.  

Project implementation under consortium:

 LOSAUK wishes to go with any like-minded national and international consortium or to build a consortium by their own initiative for implementing projects with a view to developing underprivileged  communities, people, community culture, heritage, belief and both social & economic initiatives.

Equip LOSAUK Institute of Cultural Research (ICR):

 LOSAUK wishes to decorate the complex of ICR for grass root community development.

Human Rights approach and advocacy:

Minorities, disabled, underprivileged, social, cultural and community people including transgender are the prior target groups of LOSAUK and for the development of those people, rights based approaches in the way of addressing their needs under project program for establishment of their rights as well as to meet their needs have considered a project theme and work of LOSAUK. Combat against woman and child trafficking, worst form of child labor, rural migrant issues are the important issues that LOSAUK has decided to design in its project proposal to implement those projects all over Bangladesh. 

Health related issues and alleviation of poverty:

LOSAUK has prioritized the health sector and it is important to alleviate poverty through eradication of health issues as nutrition, RTI/STI and HIV/AIDS. Initiatives for those works have received due consideration.

Use of culture as a component for BCCM:

This is an another approach that LOSAUK has developed for its future plan and it is the target of LOSAUK to reach people at grass root level for social mobilization, mass transformation as well as the development of community for eradication of poverty.

Priority of Environment:

 LOSAUK is located at South West Coastal part where climate change, water & sanitation, water logging and bio-diversity as well as wetland are the prior issues which LOSAUK has given much priority for its next project programs.
